Laura Williams is a young photographer whose work is quite consistant as it is mainly based on distortion. The majority of Laura’s photographs are self-portraits, of which she found difficult to create at first, but then became more and more successful at doing so. In many of Laura’s images she holds a mirror to her body, to make her body look ‘invisible’.  Laura really admires the outcome of her photographs, due to the fact that they allow her to emphasise and create the mood she wanted, of which is the feeling of not being heard; Laura believes we all get this feeling sometimes and so we are all able to relate to her work.
